| 1. All tops are double sided LPL (Low Pressure Laminate) Melamine on 25mm standard |
| particleboard substrate. |
| 2. All gables, drawer fronts and modesty panels are double sided LPL melamine on 18mm |
| standard particleboard substrate. |
| 3. Edging is all 2mm rigid type including drawer fronts. |
| 4. Drawer boxes are fitted with false gables eliminating unsightly fixings and enabling the |
| drawer unit to be swapped from one side to the other. |
| 5. Drawers are commercial quality and have steel sided and back. This system is standard |
| to all ranges and has been used exclusively by Qld Government furniture manufactures in |
| the past. It is a well - proven system that also has a unique drawer front adjustment mechanism |
| allowing easy alignment at any stage. |
| 6. The CAM system used with this range on standard items is flush mounted and has cover |
| caps fitted where visible. |
| 7. Standard handles are 100mm Satin Chrome Bow type and will be fitted if no other |
| speciation is given. |
| 8. The rigid edging colour will match the board colour. |
| 9. All sizes specified and accepted are external top measurements. |
| 10. Tops overhang gables by 17mm on the ends and 10mm front and back. |
| 11. The modesty panel on the Desk is set in 550mm from the user side of the desktop to |
| the inside of the modesty panel. |
| 12. On a Workstation the Modesty panel is set back 115mm from the front of the Desk to |
| the modesty panel. |
| 13. In the instance of a full Modesty Panel both Desk and Workstation have the Modesty |
| panel set back 115mm from the front of the Desk to the Modesty panel. |
| 14. On the Reception Desk or Workstation with full Modesty the Modesty panel is set back |
| only 20mm from the front of the Desk to the Modesty panel. |
| 15. A new gang locking system has been introduced with the lock face being mounted in the |
| face of the drawer front. Locks may be ordered, keyed alike, but will be supplies keyed |
| to differ if not specified. |
| 16. The disc base has a chrome column with a black disc. |
| 17. Cable holes are fitted as standard to all Workstations and Desk mates. This hole will |
| always be drilled in the worktop on the user's side of the modesty panel unless specified. |
| 18. When ordering hutches and cowls, you must specify if they are to be fitted to any other |
| item on the order or dowels will be supplied loose for fitting by others. |
| 19. Top colour pertains to top only. Base colour pertains to all other. |
| 20. Wood grain finishes will run the length of the desk tops, and cross grain on return tops |
| and one wing top workstations |
